MONTH-OF EVENT COORDINATION

Management and coordination of an already fully planned event.

Includes 2 – 1-hour in-person meetings. Up to 10 hours of coverage during your event. This service starts 30 days before your event.

At the 30 day mark, we will collect all the information needed to start coordination: vendor information, timings, programs, plans, goals, and all other necessary information. Please note that we will not start any services until all this information is provided to us.

Note: The 2 – 1 hour in-person meetings are dedicated to meet with you, our client. The number of hours behind the scenes dedicated to vendor management/confirmation, scheduling, liaising, organization, revisions, updates, client care, timeline/itinerary prep, administration, checklists guidance, check-ins, and logistics handling, are all internal and is provided to our Month-of Event Management clients.

** Pricing is dependent on the scope of services, level of complexity, and details of the event. Investment is subject to change upon receiving more information about the event.

Investment starts at:

$2,500 | Associate

** Detailed scope of services will be outlined in the agreement.

OVERVIEW

Independent planning (client have secured all vendors) & Vendor Confirmations.

Timeline preparation and vendor logistics management (confirmation and timeline distribution included) – (starts 30 days before the event).

Initial site visit (first consultation) and final walkthrough (last meeting before the event).

Overseeing set-up and/or working with other event day needs i.e. morning ceremonies, photoshoots, etc. (up to 5 hours).

05

Coverage and support upon the start of event proper (up to 5 hours).

06

Lead coordinator and 1-2 assistants. Additional assistants assigned depending on event day needs.
