Here at Peppermint & Co. Ltd., we care for our clients, as well as our team. We believe that the way we care for our team is a great reflection of how they also care for our clients. Our team goes through a great deal of screening to ensure that our values are all aligned.

Our approach is a boutique-style service that embraces a limited number of clients, providing a highly personalized experience and a greater awareness of details.

We believe in cultivating a trusting relationship based on reciprocity. To understand and execute your vision, we rely on communication, trust, and the unwritten agreement that you love our style because it matches yours. We truly appreciate our sweet clients who collaborated and trusted us enough to give us leeway to be creative and design their event beautifully & strategically.

With our team’s excellent client service relationship and professional demeanor, we can work seamlessly alongside other event industry professionals.

WE VALUE COLLABORATION. We use your vision as inspiration for us to capture your ideas; please note that because we are creative designers, our signature style and flair will always come through in the final product. We love to work with clients who are open to us to incorporate a creative flair level and make creative decisions as necessary. It is best to browse our previous work to determine if our style matches your vision.

WE SHARE THE SAME VALUES. It is essential that through the consultation process, we discover that we share the same approach. When our values are aligned, a trusting relationship is established. This enables us to provide you with the best service, experience, products, and results.

Our creativity is at its BEST when we have established a trusting and “no negative vibes” relationship with our clients. 

We only want to provide you with our best work, and if, after the discovery meeting or initial consultation, we are not a good fit, we will let you know.

You trust us in making creative decisions and adding our creative flair. As experienced planners and designers, we have an eye for what will go together cohesively. Our team provides strategic solutions that will maximize your budget.

You appreciate the time spent on details. We create a detailed proposal to establish and ensure that we understand your vision . This detailed proposal includes (where applicable) list and details of services, design renders, small scale samples, floral recipes, decor list and other services provided breakdown. In addition to that, we also create sketches and inspiration boards to help communicate your vision better.

You value exclusivity. To provide the highest quality of service, we only book a maximum of 2 events per weekend and 1 event per day during the week.

You appreciate that we put everything in writing. We have a 2-3 business days response time for all our booked clients and up to 1 week for proposal, design and deck updates. Our approach is to consistently notify you on any updates.

You trust us to work with your team to manage logistics and timeline preparation. We work with your team closely in putting together the behind-the-scenes logistics and managing set-up and timelines on the day of your event. In addition to that, our in-house team, as well as our trusted roster of vendors are all hands on deck to ensure that all the details are executed as planned.

You are willing to put your trust when it comes to the creative aspects to our experienced team of planners and designers. Because overall aesthetic is very important to us, we have established and maintain outstanding relationships with other vendors to help us provide a wider range of other decor elements at a larger scale. It is also because of this relationship that we are able to provide these products at a competitive retail price point without our clients having to worry on the logistics and execution.

You appreciate our honesty and up-front acknowledgement letting you know if we are not the best fit for your event vision. We only want to provide you with our best work, and if after presenting the proposal and meeting, it seems that we are not a good fit, we will let you know.

We love to work closely with events team, design coordinators, account supervisors, PR representatives & industry vendors in putting together an amazing design and production. We do our best to manage expectations in the beginning to avoid any issues or micro managing through out the journey. We spend a lot of time in putting together service breakdown, proposals, renders, sketches & samples (where applicable) to manage expectations early on the journey.

As with all designers, we have different styles and approach. It is very important that our style matches your style. This will give you the most amazing results. We would appreciate if you advise us of your choice of other industry professionals that are currently involved - to ensure our design approach are all on the same page. We love to coordinate and collaborate with them as soon as you become our client.
