Virtual Wedding & Event Consultants
Description & Responsibilities: Provides wedding and event advice to clients through online consulting. This includes but is not limited to establishing concepts, mood board creations, floor plan designs, logistics planning, creative options, renders (will collaborate with the team), scheduling, timeline/itinerary prep, step-by-step guides, tasks/responsibilities appropriation, product recommendations, design alternatives, checklists preparation, and the like.
Participate in creating FAQs and articles by creating guides and templates.
You will be mainly responsible for Online Wedding Planning Support services.
Qualifications: Experienced wedding & event planner/consultant. Experience using Canva, Zoom, Wix Chat/CRM (will train), and Calendly required.
Pay Structure: Hourly (TBD) | Experience, including the scope of services of weddings and events previously planned, will be further discussed in detail.
Associate Sales and Marketing Representatives
Description & Responsibilities: Generating and reaching out to leads, development, and updating of media packages, negotiation (contracts & opportunities), developing promotions and marketing plans, client handling: records, payments, contracts, renewals, follow-ups, care/check-ins, KPI review, etc.,
Qualifications: Experience in sales, proven calm demeanor, empathetic, friendly yet firm, understands the power of a caring relationship, experience in ending relationships on a good and positive approach, understands that service is key to a great relationship, ability to compose emails that are empathetic and sends off good vibes.
Pay Structure: Hourly + Commission (TBD)
