CREATIVE AND PLANNING TIMELINE

DESIGN + COLLABORATION + PLANNING
Understanding your goals and priority is our goal. This is the key to a successful collaboration. We value details and ensure that we get as much information as possible. Our design team will work with you to help establish design, colours, palettes, appropriate rentals, furniture, etc. This helps us establish aesthetic direction and expectations early on. We create boards and concepts to ensure we communicate the vision clearly.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT + PROPOSAL
We prepare initial proposal with 2-3 design concepts to choose from based from your vision and budget. Depending on the scope of services, we typically present proposals in 2-3 business days from the design meeting. Our proposal will include a detailed breakdown of products and services for a clear outline of what is included with each concept. This allows us to propose strategic matches that will be a fit to your budget and style.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT + SITE VISIT + SAMPLE
Upon confirmation of your desired design concept and providing an initial payment, we will create and present samples before confirming orders for the final project. To give your great confidence and comfort, we work hard in putting together key components that will give you a preview of the designs. We also go over vendors that we will be working with, to ensure that we all collaborate seamlessly and execute accordingly on your event.

PRODUCTION + EVENT COORDINATION + SET-UP + EXECUTION
Upon approval of all designs and aspects, our team will start producing and securing products. Depending on your needs, we will provide as much support as needed on the day of your event. Whether this is as simple as a delivery, or as much as on-site management for the duration of the event, we’ll work from start to finish.
