We do our best to represent the colours and sizes of the flowers and products are accurate as possible. However, due to differences between display monitors along with the natural variations of the blooms depending on the season, there might be a slight difference.

PRICING & CURRENCIES.

Currency conversions are estimated and should be used for informational purposes only. Purchases still use the store’s default currency; Canadian Dollars. Your credit card company/PayPal will charge your account with the most up-to-date conversion.

PRICES & STOCK.

We reserve the right to change the prices and control stock at any time. We will not refund or price match previous or future orders. All prices at the time of order is final and are not subject to any refunds or differences if, and when, we choose to change the price in the future.

ORDERS & DELIVERY.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we deem inappropriate and invalid. Peppermint & Co. Ltd. has the sole discretion to cancel inappropriate orders. We will notify the user about this cancellation and provide a full refund.

All our products are processed and packaged by our team while wearing mask, face shield/goggles and gloves on a sanitized/cleaned surface/production area. Processing of order/s take up to 12 hours.

Shipping fee varies depending on your location and will be calculated on check out.  Shipping fees are calculated and shipped by our shipping partner, Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been processed.

May 2020 Update.

Due to the current pandemic situation, you might experience some delays in shipping. We appreciate your understanding. The petite flower box is shipped in a 9 x 5 x 5″ shipping box, weighing approximately 2-4.5 lbs.

RETURNS.

Due to the nature of the product/s, there are no cancellations or exchanges or returns on ALL flower box orders. If your order/s was damaged in shipping, please send us a photo confirmation and our team will work on a replacement asap.

QUALITY.

Variations in colours and bloom size are a natural flower thing and is beyond our control. Please note that we only use best quality materials suited for the price of the product.

FORCE MAJEURE.

The Peppermint & Co. Ltd. team will not be liable for failure to perform if such failure is as a result of Acts of God or Superior Force (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of technology, electricity or telephone service.

RELEASE.

There are situations that as much as we do not want to happen, because of our inability to control them, there are possibilities that it might. Some examples are; unexpected allergic reaction to the flowers etc.

You release and forever discharge Peppermint & Co. Ltd., its representatives and contractors from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands, for damages, creative differences, loss or injury, howsoever arising, which heretofore may have been or may hereafter be sustained by us in connection with set-up, designs, décor and other services provided by Peppermint & Co. Ltd. including all damages, loss or inquiry not now known or anticipated but which may arise in the future and all effects and consequences thereof.
